You are going to track a piece of food through the digestive system. Be sure to say what will happen to it in each stage.
1. You will decide what type of food you will track.
2. You will make a PowerPoint presentation of the digestive track, showing the food at each stage: mouth, teeth, tongue, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine.
3. You are responsible for the parts of the digestive system that you did research on.
4. Each part of the digestive system will have it's own slide where you will write what happens to the food at each stage.
5. Each student is responsible for the parts of the digestive system that they did work on.
